The structure of the SEM to progress on institutional agreements, joint projects and programs that ensured regional integration in education.
There is, however, some institutional deficit in the sector, which requires rethinking the logic of its operation, in view of the planned new challenges, new corporate activities and to facilitate a more dynamic and effective.
